Production flow

Base cloth, trims, and linings sourced from vetted mills, matched against your spec or approved swatch.

Stage / Input

Patterns drafted or digitized in-house, then graded across the full size run before cutting begins.

Stage / Design

A physical sample is cut and sewn on the same floor as bulk production, so revisions move in days.

Stage / Approval

Approved patterns move to bulk fabric cutting, laid and cut for minimum waste and consistent grain.

Stage / Production

Garments assembled on dedicated lines, with in-process quality checks at every major seam.

Stage / Production

Pressing, trimming, and a final quality pass against the approved sample before anything ships.

Folded, tagged, and packed to your specification — private label or Nouriqa’s own — ready for dispatch.
